Baking and stuffs!!

So, i baked a cookie just now. And now my hands smell like butter! Yummy  hehe. Ya know, Ibu made a whatsapp group called "KULMEL" Sorta like that. The members are Ibu, Ayah, Atuk, Wan, Atuk n Mak Nek. Sorta like a group for Ibu n Ayah to tell anything to their parents. (my grandparents!)

And one time, Ibu sent a picture of Sara Lee or idk. And then, Wan was like "Yummy " we guess it's a typo or whatevs but we keep imitate her  Sorry, Wan  Speaking of Sara Lee.. IT IS SO DELICIOUS!  We've ate ALOT of them here. Like, 5 or something?

There's one more in our fridge right now.. I wonder when are we going to eat it *faints* We first ate them at Auntie Nad's sorta like "open house" hehh, not an open house. just something sorta like gathering or idk.  We ate the French Cream Cheescake and the Strawberry Cheesecake.

On Ayah's birthday, we ate the French Cream Cheesecake again. On Icha's birthday, we ate the Cookies and Cream Bavarian and Cookies and Cream KitKat. I know it's boycott. But Ayah is the one who bought it. So, why not?  haha but InsyaAllah we will never buy it again. Ameen.

Back to our story, we serve (and ate) French Cream Cheesecake and Strawberry Cheesecake AGAIN when Auntie Mel and Uncle Adib came. And now, there's a Chocolate Swirl Bavarian in our fridge. Can't wait to eat it!!

 Some of them are halal, some are not. So, we gotta check it first everytime we wanna buy it. Anyways, we usually buy the one that's on sale. So yeah. I've check their halal products so that i could look forward for it. ngeehehe  My post for today are so cheerful, right?

ngaahaha i guess it's becuase Ady n El goes to school today. Whilst we girls stay at home  hehh, i didn't even do anything cause i spent most of my time today sleeping  At first, I was watching YouTube with Icha, and then suddenly we fall asleep. I guess it's because the Sun shines too bright today.. Okay, excuses 

The Sun shines too bright today but it's still cold for me. I mean like the humidity (like i actually know what it actually means ) is cold, the temperature is low, but the Sun shines so bright. It's like we could fry egg on the ground without using any gas or whatevs.

I guess I've *melencong, i've gone too far from the topic.  heheh. But whatevs. I'll talk about it, wokayy. So i baked cookies! The actual recipe actually ask for baking powder, but then we don't have any.. So i just substitute it with baking soda. Ya, i know that i can't actually do that blablabla but did i actually care?

Turns out to be kinda brownish but still edible  but then it got so hard i nearly broke my teeth  I've learned my lesson..  don't blame me okayy  and btw i didn't put any frosting or whatsoever cause i we don't have any hazelnut spread. And btw it's spread bigger than i though.

Pretty big it can't be labelled "cute"  should have make it smaller.. And the batch is not so many too. Can only fill a small container. Like, very very small. (or it is because i ate too many? ) And btw, we can't actually make this cookie without having an electric mixer (like the author said).

But then i just ignore it and use a whisker instead.. Maybe that's the reason why it's hard or whatsoever. But what could i do? Like, we're not gonna buy an electric mixer here. So, i need to wait till nest year?  that is so impossible. Or is it because i substitute the baking powder with baking soda?

I guess that's the reason whyy. But whatever it is, i've baked it. So, yeah. At least i've experienced it  Alhamdulillah. I hope I'll make better cookies next time! Ameen
